Rick is a founder and Managing Principal of Edgemark. With more than 35 years of commercial real estate experience Rick has established a proven track record for entrepreneurial business transactions specializing in commercial development, redevelopment, and urban projects.

Aaron is a Managing Principal of Edgemark. He has over 20 years of experience acquiring, developing, and financing 8,000,000 Square feet of retail, office, multi family and senior living projects.

Andrew is the Vice President of Edgemark and our multi-family and HUD housing division. He is the lead for acquisitions, development, operations, and asset management spanning our multifamily portfolio. Andrew has a proven track record of implementing a disciplined and systematic team approach with proven success in land development, residential construction, and multifamily operations.

Bryce is Edgemark's Senior Acquisition Associate. Before joining the Edgemark team, Bryce worked in FHA underwriting and spent several years developing properties with Federal HUD subsidies and low-income housing tax credits. He is responsible for many phases of the acquisition process, including financial analysis, investor distributions, and more.

Ronnie is the Asset Manager for Edgemark in our multi-family and HUD housing division. Ronnie is responsible for the operations of our multifamily housing portfolio. Ronnie is focused on creating operational efficiencies, facilitating special projects, and cultivating optimal financial performance within our portfolio.

Amanda is primarily responsible for corporate operations, account management, property administration, construction administration, investor relations. Amanda has overseen a range of projects within the office and at project sites from conception to delivery to management and operation.

Morgan is an Asset Manager within our multi-family and HUD housing division. Morgan is responsible for driving optimal financial performance within our portfolio. Morgan's career is rooted in property management operations, providing her with the knowledge and experience needed to ensure each asset's performance is aligned with expectations. Morgan has a proven track record of improving the performance of assets through financial analysis, budgeting and collaboration with property management teams.

Jadit Tejeda-Castro brings nearly 20 years of experience to the Multifamily industry. After earning her BA in Pre-Law and a minor in Business from the University of New Mexico, she began her career as a Leasing Consultant and advanced to a Regional Vice President of Operations. Now serving as Asset Manager, Jadit focuses on developing and executing investment strategies, analyzing market trends, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Alison is Edgemark’s Investor Relations Associate, primarily responsible for investor relations and engagement, capital development and marketing operations. Alison leads initiatives to promote Edgemark's investment opportunities and focuses her efforts on connecting with a broad network of investors.

McKenna is responsible for providing executive support to Senior Leadership. Mckenna facilitates all calendar, event, and logistics management as well as necessary project management tasks, including research and project communication.
