Edgemark utilizes the Project-Based Section 8 (PBS8) program to deliver long-term, stable housing for low-income residents. With demand for affordable housing surging across the U.S., PBS8 allows us to secure HUD-backed rental assistance tied to specific units, ensuring both affordability and quality.
